Quatre barres is a joung, as the cava Palau Solà, Cava with a pleasant aroma and well balanced.
As we say on the label it is a stimulus for the five senses.
The varieties of grapes Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The wines are blended to elaborate the Cava Quatre Barres following the Traditional Method. The ageing process take at list 12 months.

Straw yellow color, bright. It releases medium size bubbles continuously. It has a pleasant aroma with high intensity it shows scents of fruit. In mouth it has a great constitution. The taste is soft and harmonious.
Coupage: 40 % Xarel.lo, 35% Macabeo y 25% Parellada.

Ageing: 12 months minimum.
