This Cava has the combination of the bouquet and the fruity notations, maintaining a dry palate.
It is a limited production Cava.
The traditional varieties of Penedes, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The wines are blended to elaborate this Cava following the Traditional Method. The aging process take at list 20 months.
Straw yellow color. It has a fine bubbles with regular release. Clean and complex aroma of fresh fruit, herbs and aging notes. Fresh, with a great palate, very persistent.
Snacks in general, fish and soft meats.
Coupage: 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo y 25% Parellada.
Alcohol content: 12 % Vol.
Expedition liqueur: Nonexistent.
Ageing: 24 average months.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.
Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl. In carton box of 1, 6 and 12 bottles or in wooden box of 3 and 6 bottles.
