After the ageing period expedition liqueur is added giving it a sweet and smooth aftertaste.
This cava is ideal to enjoy with desserts.
Traditional varieties of grapes are vinified separately. Once the wines are stabilized the blending process is done and the resulting wine will become a Cava following the Traditional Method. The aging process take at list 12 months. After the disgorging the dosage of liquor gives the Cava its sweetness.
Pale yellow with bright appearance. It has a good releases of bubbles. Clean flavour with a good intensity. The taste is smooth Cava, with a large balance and pleasant aftertaste.

Coupage: 35% Macabeo, 40% Xarel·lo y 25% Parellada.
Alcohol content: 11.5 % Vol.
Expedition liqueur: 32 g / L. Sugar
Ageing: 12 months minimum.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.
Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl.
In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.
