The harvest started 10 days later than in 2017. Ripening is generally slow. We had a very favorable spring, rainy and cool, a mild summer, with high temperatures at the end of July and sporadic rains during the month of August that made it difficult for the grapes to ripen.
Today, September 12th, we have finished the Macabeo harvest and we are finishing the Xarel·lo harvest. The quality of the grapes is still very good thanks to the spring rains. For now, time is behaving. We are not affected by the rains this month. We anticipate that we will obtain good quality wines.
