After the aging period in our Celler it is added 5 grams per liter of liqueur of expedition, there for its name, Fuchs de Vidal Brut Cinco (“cinco” means five).
It is soft and balanced.
Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The blend of those wines will be use to elaborate this cava following the Traditional Method. The minimum aging is 24 months. It has an addition of expedition liqueur to provide a delicate sweet touch.
Straw yellow color, bright. It has a good release of fine bubbles and crown formation. Aroma of flowers, herbs and ageing. It has a very balanced taste, fresh with a great structure.
Food pairing: aperitif, ham, dry fruits, dishes with sauces and sweet desserts
Coupage: 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo y 25 % Parellada.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Ageing: 24 Minimum months.
