The traditional varieties of Penedes, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The wines are blended to elaborate the Cava Fuchs de Vidal Gran Reserva following the Traditional Method. The ageing process takes at list 30 months.
Pale golden color, bright. It has small bubbles slow, persistent detachment, form crown. High intensity in nose, elegance aroma of ageing. In the mouth, it is smooth, balanced and harmonious cava. It is complex and has a long taste. It is a Cava with distinction.
Food pairing: Appetizers, light appetizers, seafood, foie gras, dishes with sauces.
Coupage: 30% Macabeo, 50% Xarel·lo y 20 % Parellada.
Alcohol content: 11,5 % Vol.
Expedition liqueur: Nonexistent.
Ageing: 30 months minimum.

Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.
Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl.
In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.
