Cherry red color, bright. It has a very pleasant aroma of red fruit, spices, pepper and fine oak notes of good intensity. In the mouth has a good structure, it is balanced and has long afterstaste.
Coupage: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.
Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels and then to the bottle. Fermentation: 18 days of average controlling the temperature at 24 ºC.
