This is an exclusive cava, made from five varieties of grapes, soft and very elegant.

Elaboration

The grape varieties are vinified separately. Once the wines are stabilized the blending process is done using wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir 15 % and from traditional varieties of the Penedes.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden color. With slow release of small bubbles.

It has a complex aroma of mature fruit and nuts.

In the mouth it is balanced, full of pleasant sensations.

Seafood, marinade or baked white fishes, poultry meat.

Coupage: 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Macabeo, Xarel·lo y Parellada.

Alcohol content 11,5 % Vol.

Expedition liqueur: Nonexistent.

Disgorging: Manual.

Ageing: 15 months minimum.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.

Riddling: Manually in riddling desks.

Presentation: Special bottle of cava, transparent 75 cl. Individual cardboard box.

Cardboard with 6 bottles or wooden box with 3 or 6 bottles.
