Xarel·lo is the predominant grape variety in the blend of this wine.
To the classic blend of Penedes we add a small percentage of Muscat de Fortignan that gives the wine a fruity touch and distinguished.
The harvest of each variety is made at the optimum time. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The whole grapes are macerated to obtain more body and aroma. The pressing is soft, extracting 0.60 L per kg of grape. Fermentation takes place slowly, controlling the temperature at 18 ºC. For five weeks the wine is in contact with its lees to gain complexity. Finally the blend of different wines is done to create the organic white wine Clos Vidal, Blanc de Blancs.
Bright pale yellow. It presents a clean aroma of apple. pear and ripe grape, The palate is fresh, dry and well balanced.
Ideal to accompany aperitif, fish, seafood and light meals.
