Palau Solà , Brut Nature

The Cava Palau Solà is the youngest cava that we made.

We use the traditional varieties of Penedes.

Any occasion is perfect to enjoy this cava.

Elaboration

The grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. then, the blend is made to develop the cava Palau Solà. The minimum aging of this Cava is 12 months.

Tasting Notes

It is pale yellow and bright. It has a constant evolution of bubbles. It has a pleasant aroma with good intensity, has fruity notations. The palate is balanced and elegant, has a lasting aftertaste.

Food pairing

Any occasion is valid to enjoy this cava, as an aperitif, with a light meal or as a drink after a dinner.

D.O. Cava

Coupage: 40% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo y 25 % Parellada.

Alcohol content: 11.5 % Vol.

Expedition liqueur: Inexistente.

Ageing: 12 months minimum.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.

Presentation: Bottle of cava, 75 cl.

In cartons of 6 and 12 bottles or wood 3 and 6 bottles.
